Role-based access
Five roles — super admin, managing partner, partner, associate, HR — against one explicit permissions matrix. Nobody sees what their role does not grant.
Complete audit trail
Every change is recorded with actor, action, entity, and timestamp. Sensitive document downloads are logged.
Encryption
TLS 1.2+ in transit. Encrypted at rest in AWS S3 and MongoDB Atlas.
No training on your data
Your documents are never used to train AI models. AI providers process requests under no-training terms.

Questions firms ask us
- Where is our data stored?
- In AWS S3 and MongoDB Atlas, in a region agreed with your firm — including Indian regions.
- Do you train AI models on our documents?
- No. Never. AI requests are processed under no-training terms with our model providers.
- Who at the firm can see a matter?
- Only people your permissions matrix allows. Associates see assigned matters; salary data is restricted to managing partners, HR, and super admins.
- Can we take our data out?
- Yes. Your documents and records are exportable — they are yours.
